Revision of Bylaws & Articles of Incorporation

The SFU conducted a membership vote to revise the Bylaws & Articles of Incorporation. A Special Meeting of the Membership was held at the Shorewood Forest Clubhouse on April 7, 2025, whereby the ballots were counted, and the results were announced. The revisions were passed 199.50 “Yes” votes to 22 “No” votes. The new 2025 Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation can be accessed under the “SFU Business” tab, along with the updated 2025 Rules and Regulations.

2025 SFU Board of Directors Election

This year there were two vacancies up for election for the Shorewood Forest Utilities Board of Directors and only two SFU members, William Kappas and Anthony Sielski, submitted applications to fill those vacancies.
